Return policy
Kindly read all the sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.
Orders once placed shall not be cancelled or exchanged for another product at any cause. Raising issues on full or partial cancellation of orders once placed is not appreciated.
We do not accept any cancellations after the payment has made and order conformed colour change or address change can’t be made once the order is placed.
All Orders wherein FREE Products included are not eligible for Return
DAMAGED/TAMPERED PARCEL:
YUHAS shall not accept return, refund or exchange requests raised for any of its products unless and until the damage is caused prior to delivery.
Please do not accept tampered or damaged packages, we will not be held responsible if a tampered or damaged package is accepted and the product is found to be damaged later on. Please report to us about this within 24 hours via email (yuhascutomercare@gmail.com) that the parcel was not accepted due to damage or tampered. Please quote order ID and write in the subject/title section as ‘’DAMAGED PARCEL’’
DAMAGED ITEM/PRODUCT:
The buyer can raise a replacement if and only if the products has a genuine damage, in that case the customer has to send a Video of uncut unpacking the parcel and showing valid proof to our email address (yuhascutomercare@gmail.com) within 24 hours of receiving the parcel .It is must that we need an unboxing video. Return requests without an unboxing video, complaints will not be accepted.
Please quote your order ID and write in the subject/title section as “DAMAGED ITEM”. Please ALSO include the details of the damage. Our support team will analyse the return request (within 2 working days) and After we have acknowledged your email, Buyer should reship the parcel buyer themself sent back to us via Indian Parcel Postal service ONLY within 1 or 2 days, to the mentioned address given in the e-mail . Shipping cost will be credited back to you within 7 days of receiving the item. We can exchange to the same item if stock is still available or A replacement will only be provided.
YUHAS reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used.
All Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original intact tags and /or packaging if applicable. If the returned item has any stains, body odours, perfume scents, any kind of marks, damages or water stains, we will not accept the item for returns
We do not accept returns for items returned due to mismatch to your colour expectation. As you probably know, it is very difficult to exactly match the colour (brightness, saturation and hue) of the website picture to the natural colour of the product as there are so many variables that can affect this. Although we try our best to match the colour of the item, they may not exactly look like the displayed picture/video in our website. We also do not accept returns due to the different texture “feel’’ of the material. Products with block prints, Kalamkaris will have stains, misprints, overlapped prints etc. They are authentic characteristics of a handmade product and therefore cannot be considered as damage or fault.
1. Please note that all products under Sale or purchased using coupon/discount code shall not be valid for any return/exchange/refund.
2. No return/exchange/refund on International Shipping.
If the Shipment is returned back to us due to incomplete address, wrong address, no answer or no receiver available, we will deduct Rs 70 per product (within Southern States) and Rs 200 per product (Rest of India).reshipment will be done only if the balance amount is paid .No refund will be provided on this case.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders might take around 5 – 20 business days from the time of dispatch, delivery depending upon the country that you are located in.
No Exchange or return on International shipping.
Shipping charges would be levied at checkout based on location and weight of the parcel.
If there is any custom charges issued by your country shall be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
Local taxes , duty & customs should be borne by the customer only
